Juris Corp has announced the elevation of Avikshit Moral from Principal Associate to Partner at the Firm’s Mumbai office. Avikshit has played a stellar role in strengthening the Firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Commercial practice.
With an experience of over 8 years, Avikshit has developed expertise in the field of Real Estate and Corporate Commercial. A law graduate from Mumbai University, Avikshit started his career in Mumbai with Manilal Kher Ambalal & Co. and joined Juris Corp as a senior associate. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. Over the years he has acquired extensive experience in the fields of conveyancing, redevelopment and slum rehabilitation, estate planning, joint ventures, start-ups and corporate commercial laws. Avikshit is involved in negotiations of various commercial transactions and advising various HNI’s on issues pertaining to succession and estate planning.
