Vivriti Asset Management (part of Vivriti Group) is a debt fund manager to fixed-income funds that invest in enterprises, backed by fundamental research and sectoral view.
Link Legal represented and advised SarvaGram Fincare Private Limited (“SarvaGram”) and its founders, in raising INR 30 crore, via debt fund, through issuance of Series B Debentures in favour of (i) Vivriti India Impact Bond Fund; and (ii) Vivriti Emerging Corporate Bond Fund (funds of Vivriti Asset Management).
SarvaGram, a rural lending start-up, is engaged in the business of providing financial services to underserved customers in rural and semi-urban locations in India. SarvaGram is co-founded by Utpal Isser and Sameer Mishra, who bring more than 20 years of experience across retail, rural banking and NBFCs.
