Birla Corporation Limited issued secured, unlisted, rated, redeemable non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis aggregating to INR 150 crores (approx. $19.8 million).

Birla Corporation Limited is a listed company, engaged in the business of manufacturing clinker, cement and jute having plants and factories in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh, under the voluntary retention route introduced by the Reserve Bank of India.
