Reporting under RBI Swap Facility

RBI Swap Reporting Requirements

Brief Overview:

Reporting requirements for authorised dealer banks have been introduced in relation to the recent RBI swap facility.

Technical Details:

Authorised Dealer Category-I banks are required to report data daily on FCNR(B) deposits, ECBs and OFCBs, mobilized under the recently introduced RBI swap facility.

In case of no transactions during the day, a NIL statement should be submitted (except on Saturdays and holidays).

The data on deposits and transactions mobilised up till now under the swap facility shall be submitted along with the first reporting due on 22nd June 2026.
