His industry focus is food and pharmaceuticals, automotive, manufacturing, technology, e-commerce, banking, advertising, aviation defence and travel.

“I really liked the culture and partners I interacted with [at Juris Corp],” said Dubey on his decision to change firms, adding that the transparency in approach, work culture, a youthful and energetic team, and respect for work-life balance were other factors that drew him to the law firm.

Dubey’s previous role as partner at Singh & Associates, and at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, better prepared him to handle a team and manage clients independently. “The way my contacts approached me for legal assistance and my ability to engage them helped me prepare more for a leadership role where it could be seamless to not only lead a team but also to manage the office,” said Dubey.

“Although the new role is challenging yet interesting, I look forward to not only supporting the existing practices but expanding the client base in new areas of law and industries as well.”
