In pursuance of the announcement made in the Statement on Developmental and Regulatory Policies dated 9th April 2025, the RBI has inter alia issued draft directions on Co-Lending Arrangements (“Draft Directions”). We are analysing the Draft Directions and our detailed assessment shall be shared in the coming days.
The comments on the Draft Directions are invited from public/stakeholders till 12th May 2025.
