Rupul is an Associate Partner and part of the Financial Services and Regulatory practice groups. She is a seasoned expert in financial laws with a special focus on trade & commodity finance and project financing transactions. She has led consortium meetings for banks and further offers rich experience in equity financing matters.

She has extensive experience working with corporates like GE Finance India, Ummeed housing finance, Maruti Suzuki India and McDonalds India including as a secondee. She regularly advices and assists banks, non-banking financial companies, housing finance companies (HFC) and corporates with structuring, negotiating, drafting and reviewing transactional documents in relation to various projects across industry sectors, including financial services, automotive, manufacturing, food, power, renewal energy, and real estate. Her body of work includes HFC compliance, NHB interactions, audits, and pre-audit solutions.

In addition to practicing as an Advocate, Rupul holds membership with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has also been actively involved in creating and organizing a program titled “Soft Skill Development for Advocates” for the Indian National Bar Association.
