She navigates complex litigations and arbitrations across various courts and foras, handling diverse issues ranging from project infrastructure disputes, corporate shareholder disputes, disputes with several State Industrial Development Corporations, environmental law challenges, employment disputes, and intellectual property rights disputes.
In projects and infrastructure, she advises on green and brown field projects including red flag due diligence, environmental compliances, RFQs, RFPs, invitations to bid, eligibility criteria bidding issues including bidding agreements, consortium agreements, concession agreements and performance bank guarantees. She is also sought after for her expertise on matters pertaining to oppression & mismanagement, amalgamation schemes, and employee stock options.
Her proficiency extends to M&A transactions, foreign direct investments, external commercial borrowings, overseas investments, SEBI takeover code, buy-back, delisting regulations, debentures, competition law, employment law, intellectual property law, and real estate transactions. She has also advised entities on matters pertaining to environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG), including drafting a dossier on various ESG compliances.
