Draft regulations on the Foreign Exchange Management (Borrowing and Lending) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2025 have been issued by the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) on 3rd October 2025. The comments on the same need to be provided to the RBI by 24th October 2025.
